New year

Well my new year date fell asleep early. He had an exciting day with grandma and papi. Happy new year to our friends here, are friend coming home (daniel berekat focht), our friends in guatemala and england.
I just am so curious on what is ahead this year for me. It was a wild year with my work. The new job is working well. Which is such a relief since it was such a traumatic switch.
I did not really get any vacation last year. So I looking forward to a week off in February for emilio s birthday and a shakespeare play. Then in july I am working on taking a week off and taking emilio to see mickey mouse at disney world (of course belle too). I made the mistake of telling him and now every day he asks if we are going today. Belle and I were last there in 2006 when we met up with kay, greg, and isabel from england. It is so weird to think that we were there before I started the adoption and emilio was even here. And now kay has a lil emily added to her family too (a lil girlfriend for emilio).
I am so thankful for my amazing child that god has trusted me with. I am so truly blessed. I'm thankful for My wonderful and supportive family that love my child and spoil him with so much attention. I love being a mom.
I do not know what is ahead of us this year. I hope and pray for our health, my grandparent, who are one is 90 and the other 2 are in their 80's, I love that emilio spends time with them all almost on a daily bases. I pray for my Huge, huge family, I have a total 34 cousins on both sides of the family (sorry if I missed a few:) ). Not including spouses and their kids! Yikes! I don't know if I will adopt again this year or hold off a few more years. I just keep praying for doing what is right for. Emilio and me now. If there is a time when I feel that my destiny is pulling me to adopt again I just hope I'm not 60 years old! (And I hope that countries will be open to singles!) I know I sound like a crazy women but who really reads this stuff anyway they just look at the cute kid!
Happy new year and god bless all that read this!!
